What You'll Do
  • Administer cutting-edge cosmetic injectable treatments, including Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers, and advanced skin rejuvenation techniques.
  • Conduct comprehensive client consultations to tailor individual aesthetic treatment plans.
  • Perform detailed before-and-after photography to document and celebrate client transformations.
  • Educate and empower clients on the benefits of aesthetic treatments, helping them make informed decisions about their beauty journey.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using our electronic medical records system.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and operational safety in the treatment environment.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and development to stay at the forefront of the aesthetic field.
Requirements
  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Maryland.
  • At least two years of experience in an acute care setting or a specialized aesthetic environment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, with a preference for those also holding ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
  • Proficiency in delivering cosmetic injectable treatments and comfort with IV therapy.
  • Excellent skills in using electronic medical records to document client care.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring complex medical information is clear and understandable.
  • High professionalism, ethical integrity, and a commitment to medical compliance.
  • An ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and work independently as needed.
