Residential Care Facility Cleaning Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc.
This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks, including resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation is crucial in this role, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring all areas are cleaned and sanitized.
- Record cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- The ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with residents, staff, and guests.
