About the Role

As an Inbound Expert, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, observing and responding to their needs, and executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals. You will also be responsible for stocking, backstocking, and zoning product on the sales floor, maintaining sales floor instocks for GM categories, and operating power equipment as certified.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting and engaging with them
  • Observe and respond to guest needs, resolving questions quickly and efficiently
  • Stock, backstock, and zone product on the sales floor, maintaining sales floor instocks for GM categories
  • Operate power equipment as certified, and work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage all defectives and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
