Position: Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician
Company: Integrated Resources, Inc
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent, contingent on performance and organizational requirements
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Compensation: $21 - $23 per hour on W2
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Electro-Mechanical Assembly.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using torque drivers, soldering tools, screwdrivers, crimping tools, and wire cutters.
- Dexterity: Capable of grasping, holding, and manipulating small components for extended periods.
- Communication: Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
- Operate in a manufacturing setting, adhering to safety protocols and utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Perform regular tasks including sitting, handling, and manipulating components; occasional walking and standing may be necessary.
- Meet vision requirements for close and color vision tasks.
- Exhibit good hand-eye coordination.
- Engage positively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Respond constructively to feedback from trainers and quality assurance personnel.
- Maintain a proactive and positive demeanor.
- Assist with various assembly tasks as required.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 15 lbs frequently, 40 lbs regularly, and 60 lbs occasionally (not all roles necessitate this).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer operations and standard software applications is advantageous.
- Assembly Skills: Capable of assembling, aligning, and testing electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, mechanical, and electronic subassemblies based on technical drawings or samples.
- Preparation: Responsible for cleaning and preparing components for assembly.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Process Understanding: Ability to determine operational sequences from sketches and instructions.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests according to specifications and document results.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
