Position Overview

JT Lawn Services and Landscaping is expanding its Fertilizer & Weed Control division and is in search of a dedicated Spray Technician. This role is available as a seasonal full-time or part-time position, offering hourly compensation. There is potential for this role to evolve into a year-round salaried position, complete with a 401k plan and benefits package.

We pride ourselves on providing flexible hours and a supportive work environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate professionalism, a strong work ethic, motivation, and excellent communication abilities. Interaction with clients should be conducted in a respectful and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel between various properties to apply fertilizers and/or weed control solutions.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, as different properties may require specific application techniques.
  • Prior experience with an applicator license is advantageous, though comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs.
  • On-the-job training available for those without prior applicator license experience.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
