Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Alcohol Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our Adolescent Program, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to adolescents struggling with substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct group and individual sessions with adolescents, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and 12-step facilitation.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records, ensuring timely completion of intakes, assessments, and clinical consult meetings.
  • Collaborate with our peer support recovery specialists, Suboxone providers, and medication management team to provide holistic care.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our flexible scheduling allows for a mix of day and evening hours, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
