The Banquet Houseman is responsible for assisting the Banquet Manager in preparing for events and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicate effectively with the Banquet Manager and other team members to ensure seamless event execution.
• Set up meeting rooms to the specifications of the guests, including transporting equipment and materials.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water.
• Break down meeting rooms after events and return equipment to storage.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms and ballrooms.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of various types of equipment and set-up styles used in meeting rooms.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
