* Develop and implement personalized service plans and personal futures plans in collaboration with consumers and guardians
* Coordinate team meetings, scheduling, and communication to ensure seamless service delivery
* Monitor and address incidents, ensuring timely and thorough investigations and implementation of corrective actions
* Supervise and train staff, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
* Maintain accurate records, including consumer progress and regression, and fiscal spending within approved budgets
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or Social Services, or equivalent experience
* Minimum two years of experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities
* One year of supervisory experience preferred
* Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities
