  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals in need
  • Work closely with emergency services, police, and door staff to identify and refer individuals in need of support
  • Treat minor injuries and provide basic care
  • Divert inappropriate referrals from emergency departments
  • Enable individuals to recover until safe for discharge
