Dental Care Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled General Dentist to join our team at Castle Dental. As a key member of our dental care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting oral health in our community.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term oral health.
- Lead a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry, attending seminars and pursuing ongoing education to provide the best possible treatments.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license (or in the process of obtaining).
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance, time off options, health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
