About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated dental hygienist to join our team at Springwoods Market Dental Care in Spring, TX. As a full-time hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our modern dental office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and compassionate dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and education.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced dentists to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in dental hygiene.

Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Texas and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
