Position Type: Full Time / Part Time (up to 28 hours); Non-exempt

Objective: Carry out regular maintenance tasks on all facilities and equipment associated with Jubilee Ministries. Respond to and rectify issues as instructed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements:
 Minimum of five years' experience in diverse construction disciplines
 Strong organizational and communication abilities
 Detail-oriented with a focus on follow-through
 Self-driven and motivated
 Mechanical knowledge and aptitude are advantageous
 Commitment to adhere to Jubilee's Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Faith, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Occasional: 1-33%
Frequent: 34-66%
Continuous: 67%-100%
 Heavy lifting - Frequent
 Exposure to various weather conditions - Frequent
 Use of diverse tools and equipment - Continuous
 Standing/Walking - Continuous
 Travel to different Jubilee locations
 Availability for some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
1. Support the general maintenance and upkeep of existing facilities and systems as directed.
2. Assist with new construction projects and related tasks as assigned.
3. Participate in snow removal activities as needed.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance area.
5. Engage in staff meetings and team-building activities.
6. Perform additional duties as required.
