About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to join our Water Infrastructure Design Center in Harlingen, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects and developing designs in support of various Water Business Line projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including scope of work, level of effort, and associated man-hour estimates.
  • Lead a team of project engineers, design engineers, and CAD Production Leaders in the development of various Water Business Line projects.
  • Coordinate with other support disciplines, regional offices, and regulating agencies to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and execute Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans.
  • Lead internal and external project workshops.
  • Conduct written and oral project reporting for clients and Team Leader.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
  • 4 or more years of similar technical experience.
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Previous experience in responsible charge of designs, including detailed plans and specifications, for civil engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge base of engineering principles, including site development, treatment, collection, and distribution.
  • Basic understanding of multi-disciplined practices required for water/wastewater infrastructure improvements.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD Civil3D software.
Preferred Skills
  • 6 or more years of similar technical experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) in AR, TX, OK.
  • Master's Degree in civil or environmental engineering.
  • NCEES Registration.
  • Storm water design experience preferred.
