We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton St. Louis. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing food inventories, orders, and costs, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and manage food inventory levels, orders, and costs
