Property Manager Overview

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring they are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate financial plans for the property by reviewing financial documents, market data, and operational metrics.
  • Establish rental rates, manage rent collection, process bank transactions, and evaluate financial performance reports.
  • Authorize vendor payments, verify services rendered or goods acquired, and facilitate communication between service providers and clients.
  • Maintain spending within the established budgetary limits.
  • Supervise lease compliance, perform property inspections, initiate eviction processes, and manage late fee collections.
  • Evaluate market dynamics and execute marketing and leasing initiatives.
  • Enhance tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving service-related issues.
  • Ensure that property upkeep aligns with company standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licenses/Certifications:

A valid Driver's License is required.
