Job Overview:

The Building Maintenance Specialist is responsible for executing a range of skilled tasks within the construction and maintenance sectors. This role encompasses various trades, including painting, carpentry, and minor electrical work, aimed at ensuring the upkeep and repair of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engages in and supports general maintenance and repair tasks essential for the preservation of facilities.
  • Participates in the installation, upkeep, and repair of essential building systems, including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and locksmith services.
  • Contributes to the construction and maintenance of various structures, such as roofs, furniture, fences, and cabinetry.
  • Prepares surfaces for painting and refinishing, including walls and woodwork; may also involve carpet installation and custodial duties as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites as required.

Qualifications/Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience.
