About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Integration Analyst to join our Client Experience (CX) / Marketing Analytics team. As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in leading the firm's integration efforts for internal CX Programs, including our Integrated Client Service (ICS) and New Client Referral Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and coordinate the implementation and integrity of the ICS Program and New Client Referral Programs for pre-integration clients/employees.
  • Steward the execution and data quality standards of client/employee incentive programs and client data requirements, across disparate software systems.
  • Collaborate with ICS, CX and Marketing Leaders to create customized integration plans for the ICS Program and New Client Referral Programs.
  • Manage the ICS qualification criteria and vetting process; manage reporting, bonus processing, and coordinates with Executive Sponsor, employees, Independence and HR/Finance.
  • Coordinate with other functions and stakeholders to provide regular reports and updates to process ICS and New Client Referral bonuses.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the ICS Program and New Client Referral Program, fielding employee questions during integration, coordinating with various operational teams (e.g. HR, Finance) and solving for reporting and data stewardship needs.
  • Lead on Employee Training, Communications & Questions: Closely familiar with how ICS and New Client Programs work to train and educate employees on how to participate.
  • Deliver metrics to measure growth and adoption through the ICS Program and New Client Referral Program. Report out on the ICS pipelines, activities and results to firm leaders and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing analytics, data analytics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in reporting and analytics program management, preferably in the professional services industry.
