Position Overview:
The Packaging Operations Associate is an entry-level role focused on the effective packaging of materials and finished goods. This position entails loading, moving materials, and operating packaging machinery while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate safe work practices by utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols.
- Exhibit punctuality and adhere to the established work schedule.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working effectively with team members.
- Comply with company General Manufacturing Policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Monitor conveyor systems and address any bottle jams.
- Collect and properly dispose of dropped bottles.
- Conduct quality inspections of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling processes.
- Report any abnormalities or quality issues immediately.
- Monitor and replenish packaging material supplies as necessary.
- Ensure accurate labeling and packaging according to customer specifications.
- Transport finished products to designated areas.
- Organize and set up workstations efficiently.
- Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies to ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
The following qualifications are essential for this role:
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Fundamental computer skills.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
Training:
- Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position include frequent standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks. Employees may occasionally need to climb, stoop, kneel, or crawl, and must be able to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:
Employees in this role may be exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment.
