We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician 2 to join our team at Blinn College. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex and independent routine and preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including condensors, pumps, motors, coils, fans, and blowers, filters, boilers, cooling towers, and related ancillary equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform complex and independent routine and preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
- Assist other technicians in the HVAC department with preventative maintenance and repairs on all components of the HVAC system
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair operations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in HVAC/R maintenance and repair
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
