Restaurant Operations Manager

The Restaurant Operations Manager at Little Caesars will report directly to the District Manager of Food Services. This role entails the primary responsibility for the daily planning, execution, oversight, and management of all operational activities within our Little Caesars establishments. The individual will supervise restaurant operations, which include product preparation, inventory management, staff supervision, sales initiatives, marketing strategies, and financial outcomes. Additionally, this position is accountable for ensuring that the Little Caesars location adheres to the operational standards set forth by the Director of Marketing & Food Services and the corporate guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 3 years of management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
- Dress Code: Business Casual or Uniform as mandated by QSR.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Employee Relations skills are necessary.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in high-volume situations.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work in varying temperature conditions.
