Key Responsibilities

  • Safety Management

o Conduct daily inspections of the worksite to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Budget Oversight
o Possess thorough knowledge of project plans and specifications.

o Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the materials required for project completion.

o Recognize changes to the scope of work and inform relevant management.

  • Project Coordination
o Collaborate with engineers, owners, or subcontractors to achieve project objectives.

o Plan and schedule project work in conjunction with management.

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

  • Labor Supervision
o Oversee craft employees and subcontractors to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.

o Address personnel issues and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Communication
o Maintain open lines of communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Leadership
o Exhibit leadership qualities and motivate team members.

  • Equipment Management
o Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of equipment and tools.

  • Customer Relations
o Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Standards

  • Experience
o Minimum of 2 years of construction experience or a combination of education and experience.

  • Physical Requirements
o Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job.
