Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a skid steer with proficiency to perform grading tasks for landscape projects
  • Oversee all aspects of landscape construction, including site preparation, planting, irrigation, and hardscape installations
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain and manage project timelines, reporting progress to management
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Proven landscape installation experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Proficient in grading with a skid steer
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) - preferred
  • Experience with irrigation systems
