Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor, answering questions and providing product information.
  • Process transactions at the register, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all departments and categories to effectively assist customers with their needs.
  • Greet all customers, take donations, and provide receipts.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other tasks as required.
