Land Acquisition Role at NVR

NVR is seeking a skilled Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and securing prime land purchase locations for our communities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Source deals and negotiate directly with property owners to secure land in prime locations
  • Leverage and expand your professional network to represent NVR in local markets
  • Track and manage a pipeline of land opportunities
  • Manage land feasibility studies, including review and analysis of title, environmental, and entitlements
  • Negotiate Agreements of Sale and Lot Purchase Agreements and prepare internal deal packages

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of real estate acquisition experience, including as a primary dealmaker
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Real estate finance experience
  • Skilled in sophisticated deal structuring
  • Background in planning, zoning, law, and real estate
  • Homebuilding industry experience, a plus
