Administrative Coordinator for Renal Care

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Renal Medicine team. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with faculty, staff, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with division administrators, faculty, and staff to ensure seamless operation of the Renal Division.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the department.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Estimated Salary: $68,000 - $88,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
