Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of consulting Electrical Engineering experience
* Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required
* Desired experience in Department of Defense design
* Proficiency in supervising and managing projects of varying scales
* Excellent leadership, supervisory, writing, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to produce comprehensive construction documents, including drawings, power system studies, and specifications
* Proficiency in executing and overseeing designs, encompassing medium and low voltage AC/DC systems, single line diagrams, electrical plans, and equipment layout
* Capability to execute and oversee both interior and exterior lighting design, ensuring compliance with IESNA requirements through footcandle calculations
* Participation in client meetings and provision of engineering support throughout design and construction phases, including addressing AHJ comments, reviewing shop drawings, and responding to RFIs
* Review of deliverables, including quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) throughout design and construction phases
* Act as a technical resource for internal staff
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills
* Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT
* RCDD certification is a plus
