Position Overview:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Collaborate with on-site project teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Oversee project plans to ensure alignment with anticipated timelines
  • Accountable for schedule creation and execution, work planning, and resolving issues
  • Manage the RFI and submittal processes
  • Handle owner billings and address project-related financial matters
  • Conduct meetings to identify safety concerns and ensure compliance with the company's safety protocols
  • Monitor work plans and staffing for each project phase, facilitating recruitment or assignment of personnel as needed
  • Track profit and loss statements monthly and maintain oversight throughout the project lifecycle
