Job Title: Learning Support Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Support Associate. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational needs of our students.

This position involves working closely with certificated staff to provide instructional and non-instructional support to students. Your duties will include supervising students during recess, lunch, and field trips, as well as assisting with clerical tasks and other responsibilities as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with school-aged students, and excellent interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on student safety and well-being.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $19.13 - $21.50 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including Washington state health insurance coverage (SEBB), a Washington state retirement package, paid time off, and more.
