Salary

Job Description

As a Master Instrument Specialist at Guitar Center, you will provide exceptional maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Providing high-quality craftsmanship and technical expertise to service customer-owned instruments.
  • Maintaining store inventory and completing warranty repair work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
  • Fundamental product knowledge of Guitar Center products.
