Nephrology Nurse

DaVita is seeking a skilled Nephrology Nurse to join our team. As a Hospital Dialysis Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease. About the Role:
⁠ ⁠Deliver dialysis care to patients in a hospital setting
⁠ ⁠Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
⁠ ⁠Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
⁠ ⁠Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:
⁠ ⁠Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
⁠ ⁠Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
⁠ ⁠Experience in nephrology or critical care preferred
