Senior Manager, Equipment and Facility Maintenance

The Senior Manager, Equipment and Facility Maintenance is responsible for the oversight of aeronautical equipment and facility operations at SFO. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to lead a team of maintenance personnel.

  • Oversight of gate, security, and baggage systems
  • Management of SFOTEC contracted maintenance service providers
  • Installation, testing, acceptance, and operation of aeronautical equipment

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and system assessments to ensure compliance with established service levels
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and update contingency plans and procedures
