Camping World Job Description:

Camping World is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in increasing sales through the timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Conduct cycle counts, stock adjustments, and assist with inventory management
  • Plan and implement product presentations, including signage and pricing
  • Promptly display new products and dispose of discontinued products in accordance with the markdown program
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain company-assigned plan-o-grams accurately
  • Answer phones and assist customers
  • Maintain a safe work area for customers and coworkers
  • May balance daily receipts, record cash, checks, and credit card payments
  • May cross-train to perform other duties

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience working as an Assistant Merchandiser is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner
  • Ability to handle problems and facilitate successful outcomes
  • Flexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
  • Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
