Job Summary

We're seeking an accomplished Service Manager to lead our field service operations in Charlottesville, VA. As a champion for our brand, you'll collaborate with teammates and demonstrate our company values to the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct day-to-day field service operations and manage customer relationships, perceptions, and expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence, achieve goals, and grow our business in the region.
  • Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with current customers and work with both current and potential customers to qualify service needs.
  • Lead a team of talented Service Technicians in a challenging, fast-paced service environment and focus on their development through exceptional coaching, teaching, and caring.
  • Manage customer relationships, perceptions, and expectations, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
  • Accomplished in developing high-performing service teams through coaching, motivating, recruiting, and performance management.
  • Commercial HVACR service experience to provide support to Technicians for service issues.
  • Industry-related Service Manager or Service Supervisor experience.
  • Skilled in developing commercial HVAC maintenance and service estimates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships, perceptions, and expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to provide innovative solutions.
  • High energy level to handle a dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced workload.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
