POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Facility Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout our establishment. Your tasks will encompass cleaning and sanitizing various locations, including restrooms, offices, corridors, and communal spaces. Furthermore, you will be tasked with executing minor repair duties and ensuring that necessary supplies are adequately stocked and accessible. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work autonomously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sanitize restrooms, ensuring toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors are thoroughly cleaned.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all flooring within the facility.
- Empty waste receptacles and dispose of refuse in designated areas.
- Dust and clean surfaces, including desks, tables, and countertops.
- Wipe down windows, glass doors, and other transparent surfaces.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs.
- Manage laundry for individuals served as required.
- Restock essential supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
- Monitor inventory levels and submit requests for additional supplies as necessary.
- Adhere to safety protocols while utilizing cleaning agents and equipment.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with staff and visitors.
- Comply with company policies and procedures consistently.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience in custodial or housekeeping roles.
- Pre-employment drug screening.
- Clearances as per Act 33/34/73.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS AND BENEFITS:

Work Schedule:
This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position, scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Hours may vary based on program requirements, and additional hours may be necessary to fulfill program needs.
