Automotive Parts Specialist
The Automotive Parts Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service by effectively determining the parts requirements of clients. This position ensures that customers receive precise pricing, timelines for repairs, and superior service to uphold customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns regarding their vehicles.
- Accurately assess and suggest parts and services necessary for vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of services rendered, parts ordered and received, and inventory status.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers through personalized service and follow-up communication.
- Execute additional tasks that contribute to a positive dealership experience for customers.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and assistively.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience both over the phone and in person.
- Complete all required OEM Service training.
- Ensure that every customer is warmly welcomed upon entering the dealership.
- Efficiently allocate work among technicians.

Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive parts.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
