Facility: A modern surgical center that provides a range of outpatient surgical services, ensuring comprehensive care from pre-operative assessments through to recovery. The facility is set to transition to a cutting-edge location.

Opportunity:
  • Deliver thorough care across all age groups in collaboration with ENT Professional Service to enhance community health.
  • The clinic operates primarily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexible start and end times determined by the physician.
  • On-call responsibilities will be equitably shared with a local private practice consisting of two physicians.
  • The current weekend duty schedule is at a 1:3 ratio, with aspirations to achieve a 1:4 ratio.
  • The practice encompasses inpatient, outpatient, rounds, clinic visits, and travel to various facilities.
  • The facility holds a Trauma Level 3 designation.
  • Patient volume will be managed at the physician's discretion.
  • The community is supportive and family-oriented, featuring minimal competition and a substantial referral network, fostering a thriving practice.
  • There is strong backing within the clinic, ambulatory surgery center, and hospital.
  • EMR system utilized: Cerner.
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary range commensurate with experience and qualifications (details to be discussed during the interview).
  • The role includes a two-year salary guarantee along with joint venture prospects in the ambulatory surgery center.
