Opportunity:
  • Deliver holistic care across all age groups in collaboration with ENT Professional Service to enhance community health.
  • Desired commencement: upon completion of credentialing.
  • Standard clinic hours are approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility for earlier start or end times at the physician's discretion.
  • On-call responsibilities will be equitably shared with a local private practice comprising two physicians.
  • Current weekend duty ratio is 1:3, with a target of achieving 1:4.
  • The practice encompasses inpatient, outpatient, rounds, clinic visits, and travel to various locations.
  • The facility is recognized as Trauma Level 3.
  • Patient volume will be determined by the physician's preference.
  • The community is supportive and family-oriented, with minimal competition and a strong referral network, facilitating a thriving practice.
  • Comprehensive support is available within the clinic, ambulatory surgery center, and hospital.
  • EMR system utilized: Cerner.
Compensation:
