Job Description
This Customer Service Representative position plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. As a member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
- Resolving technical issues related to VOIP technology and services.
- Managing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
