Software Test Engineer

Millennium Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Software Test Engineer to join their team in Bedford, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will possess an active Secret security clearance and have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance.


The Software Test Engineer will be responsible for:


  • Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software releases.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and develop testing strategies.
  • Utilizing various testing tools and methodologies, including Agile, DevSecOps, and DevOps, to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team's testing capabilities are current and relevant.


Qualifications:


  • Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DOD space
  • Experience with Agile methods, including testing methods for CI/CD, DevSecOps and DevOps.
  • Experience with either of these frameworks or testing methods: Page Object Model, Behavior Driven Development, Data Driven Testing, Hybrid Framework, Functional, System, Regression, End-to-End, or User Acceptance.
  • Experience with DoD Test and Processes.
