About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist Level I to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of sterile techniques and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the operating room environment, assisting with the peri-operative care of patients, and working closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure the smooth and efficient function of the operating room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the operating room environment
  • Assist with the peri-operative care of patients
  • Work closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure the smooth and efficient function of the operating room
  • Have a strong understanding of sterile techniques
  • Be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
  • Current Surgical Technologist Certification is required within one year from the date of graduation from a surgical technologist program
  • Preferred experience as a Surgical Technologist in an Operating Room or Ambulatory Surgery Center
