Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Commonwealth Corral Richmond, LLC dba Golden Corral. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and positive environment in the Front-of-the-House, selecting and leading talented Co-workers, and driving profitable operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase customer loyalty
- Lead and manage Front-of-the-House operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager to achieve overall restaurant goals
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing Co-workers
- Proven experience in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant management
- Education and training in business or hospitality
- Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
