Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for working in multiple departments within our distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility.
  • Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
  • Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers.
  • Use packing list information to collect items for customer orders, including building and wrapping pallets of products.
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects and notify management of inventory issues.
  • Return misplaced products to proper storage areas.
  • Maintain a clean working environment in accordance with company safety policies.
  • Perform inventory control functions as needed.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a distribution center and operating material handling equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred, and specialized skills training/certification may be required.
