Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

At Aerotek, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct online inspections and verify control parameters according to procedures and instructions for production, filling, and packaging processes.
  • Record results of inspections, including weigh-up, filling temperature, packaging material, product code, container closure, etc.
  • Perform GMP/hygiene inspections based on GMP and hygiene standards.
  • Correct GMP/hygiene violations and report to production supervisor and/or QA Manager.
  • Conduct daily and monthly sanitation inspections, including pre-operation and post-operation inspections.
  • Perform ATP tests and environmental swabbing.
  • Monitor environmental air quality and inspect employees' hygiene conditions.
  • Record the results of inspections and communicate with Production Supervisor.
  • Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials according to QA/QC work instructions.
  • Take samples when needed according to the receiving manual.
  • Organize and update Raw Material Manual, receiving records, and COAs from suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Hard skills: inspecting, operating, measurements.
