Canyon Transitional Rehab Center - Albuquerque, NM is seeking a skilled Unit Manager - RN to lead our nursing team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage and participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating ways to achieve patient goals and minimize rehospitalizations. Additionally, you will mentor and educate nurses, work with physicians and other medical professionals, and serve as a resource to all staff within the nursing unit. Key responsibilities include overseeing medication management, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
