EMDR Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team at Psychotherapy Center, Inc. in Costa Mesa, California.

About the Role

This part-time position offers the opportunity to engage in direct client contact through telehealth platforms, with a flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have the chance to work with a diverse client base, providing individual, children, teens, couples, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or related field.
• Registered with the BBS as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and have an assigned number.
• Liability insurance or ability to obtain at own expense.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in the mental health field.
• EMDR trained (required).
• Fluent Spanish speaking (preferred).
