Enid Buzz is seeking a dedicated Claims Analyst/Adjuster to join our team. As a prominent player in the agribusiness insurance sector, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions to our clients nationwide.
Compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Input initial claims data and generate acknowledgment letters for claimants and insured parties; ensure proper documentation is archived.
- Monitor and produce reports by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
- Evaluate small first-party claims to assess the validity of denial or recovery options.
- Conduct necessary legal and industry research to support claims decisions.
- Document all actions taken to resolve claims clearly and concisely within the claims recovery system.
- Oversee the monitoring, generation, and analysis of claims data, presenting findings to management.
- Facilitate the subrogation process for all small claims.
- Establish a claims file review process to assist the Claims Manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
A bachelor's degree with relevant business experience is preferred, or a minimum of two years of insurance claims experience may be considered as a substitute. A high school diploma is mandatory.
Licensing Requirements
A claims adjuster's license must be obtained within the first year of employment.
