- Work with key business partners to establish the long-term future state strategic workforce plans for the Data and Technology organization.
- Lead the development and execution of an overall strategic workforce planning roadmap, aligning current situation with plans and including risks that the organization may face.
- Design and launch workforce reporting, including dashboards, KPIs, and quarterly reviews in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Institute a talent management strategy, a job framework, and skills pathway for the tech workforce.
- Position for top talent and in-demand skillsets through inclusive culture actions, L&D programs, etc.
- Set planning methodology for identifying future workforce gaps, plans to mitigate such gaps, and measure results.
- Ownership and support of the DRIVE Workforce Pod initiatives with metrics tracking, data visualization, and dashboard development.
- Global headcount management, tracking, and reporting.
- Oversight and governance of the Data and Technology hiring process.
- Establish plans to enable recruitment, retention, and re-skilling of Data and Technology team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
- 5+ years of work experience in areas including, but not limited to, project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Strong communications and human relations skills.
- Travel required.
