Job Summary

At LanceSoft, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods through our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain forklift certification and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Support tasks such as picking, packing, loading, replenishment, cycle counting, and receiving/put away functions.
  • Interact with supervisors, coordinators, and other staff to reconcile open issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer skills required, including warehouse management systems experience.
  • Material handling experience required, minimum of 3 years.
  • At least 1 year experience working in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or PKMS Warehouse Management System preferred.
  • 2-3 years of direct operations experience.
