Job Overview:
The extruder operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing of plastic extrusions, adhering to set specifications and standards.

This position involves gaining knowledge of the plastic extrusion process to effectively set up and manage production lines.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Move materials to the production area using a forklift
  • Assist in the setup of dies, guides, and other essential components
  • Help in adjusting dimensions, inspecting product quality, and packaging finished goods
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Comply with all safety regulations while performing duties
  • Acquire knowledge of all facets of extrusion line operation and configuration

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to comprehend and follow safety protocols and guidelines
  • Capability to work efficiently with minimal oversight
  • At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in Plastic Extrusion
  • Physical endurance and capacity to lift heavy items
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
  • Familiarity with hand tools and effective communication abilities
