- Education and Professional Development: Stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in critical care nursing, and participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent.
- Experience: One year of registered nurse experience in a critical care setting.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications, as well as any other relevant certifications for the ICU setting.
